This role is focused on enabling agile maturity and high-performing product teams within a data-driven and fast-paced technology environment. You will act as a key facilitator between business and technology, helping teams adopt and continuously improve agile practices across multiple squads. The position plays a central role in ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficiency in product delivery, while fostering a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will guide ceremonies, support strategic planning cycles, and help teams operate with clarity and focus on measurable outcomes. AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for driving agile practices across teams, ensuring consistent delivery processes, continuous improvement, and alignment between business and technology. The role involves facilitating ceremonies, supporting strategic planning, and strengthening agile maturity at scale.
Implement and evolve agile methodologies across different team contexts
Define and standardize upstream and downstream workflows
Ensure governance of product development tools and agile frameworks
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives
Support quarterly planning cycles, including OKRs definition and strategy alignment
Promote continuous improvement through performance monitoring and process optimization
Encourage agile culture through workshops, trainings, and internal knowledge sharing
Track team performance and support data-driven decision-making for product delivery
The ideal candidate has solid experience in agile environments, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across product and technology teams. You should be comfortable navigating change and fostering collaboration in dynamic contexts.
Previous experience as Agile Master or Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks
Experience using Jira or similar agile management tools
Ability to facilitate ceremonies and guide team dynamics effectively
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage conflicts and encourage collaboration
Experience promoting agile culture and continuous improvement practices
Ability to measure team performance and identify improvement opportunities
Adaptability and comfort working in evolving, fast-paced environments
