About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our product delivery team and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers, and QA teams to understand business objectives, facilitate discovery sessions, define functional requirements, and ensure successful software delivery from analysis through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving business problems, facilitating collaboration, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality digital products within Agile environments.
Requirements
Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, project scope, and solution opportunities.
Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, customer journey mapping, and business process analysis.
Analyze and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes.
Produce functional documentation including business requirements, process flows, and solution specifications.
Translate business requirements into Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend functional approaches that balance business needs and technical feasibility.
Ensure requirements remain complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned throughout software delivery.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support multiple Agile initiatives while maintaining alignment between business objectives and development teams.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Track defects, coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams, and support successful retesting.
Serve as the functional point of contact for business stakeholders during testing and implementation.
3–5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, Functional Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for software development projects.
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
Solid experience documenting As-Is / To-Be processes, business workflows, and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience creating Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Experience supporting web, mobile, or cloud-based software solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience within Healthcare, Laboratory, Hospital, or Enterprise Software environments.
Exposure to UX Design activities or Customer Journey Mapping.
Experience working with distributed, remote, or international Agile teams.

This role offers a flexible work schedule with no fixed daily start or end time. Performance is measured by deliverables and collaboration rather than hours worked.
Candidates must be available to attend two recurring team meetings with colleagues based in Australia:
Daily Stand-up
End-of-Day Sync
Depending on Australian Daylight Saving Time, these meetings are typically held:
April – Early October: approximately 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM (Mexico City).
Early October – April: approximately 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (Mexico City).
Equivalent meeting times will vary slightly for other LATAM countries according to their local time zones.
Team meetings are held Monday through Thursday (LATAM) due to the time difference with Australia.
