In this role, you will act within a high-volume and strategically oriented labor litigation environment, focusing on the development and management of appellate-level legal work. You will be responsible for building strong legal arguments, drafting complex procedural documents, and shaping litigation strategies that directly impact client outcomes. The position requires close analysis of judicial decisions, continuous monitoring of jurisprudence, and the ability to transform legal insights into robust and persuasive appeals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a structured and technology-driven legal ecosystem, contributing to the consistency and quality of legal strategies. AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for managing and executing labor appellate litigation activities, ensuring technical excellence in all legal documents and strategic legal positioning. Your work will support the development of consistent legal theses and the effective representation of clients across labor courts.
Draft appellate legal documents such as ordinary appeals, appeals to higher courts, interlocutory appeals, internal appeals, motions for clarification, and counterarguments
Analyze judicial decisions including rulings and judgments to define procedural strategies
Develop and refine legal theses aligned with client objectives and case strategy
Conduct jurisprudential and doctrinal research to support legal arguments and opinions
Follow cases before Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court
Prepare legal reports, analyses, and procedural documentation
Support standardization of legal strategies and interpretations across case portfolios
Monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes relevant to labor law practice
Identify procedural risks and propose legal solutions aligned with client needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align legal strategies and case execution
You bring strong experience in labor law practice, particularly in procedural and appellate litigation, with solid analytical and writing skills. You are comfortable working in structured legal environments with high case volumes and strict deadlines.
Law degree with active OAB registration
Strong knowledge of labor law and labor procedural law
Experience drafting labor appeals and procedural legal documents
Ability to critically analyze judicial decisions and build legal arguments
Experience with jurisprudential and legal precedent research
Familiarity with electronic court systems such as PJe
Excellent legal writing and communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
Experience with labor hearings and oral arguments
Nice to have: postgraduate degree in Labor Law or related fields
Nice to have: experience in high-volume corporate labor litigation and case management tools
