Position: Admin Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
About Us We are a growing international company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment. You’ll assist with administrative coordination, data management, communication follow-ups, and general operational support to ensure smooth and productive workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and organize calendars.
Handle data entry, file organization, and document management.
Support internal and external communication via email and chat.
Prepare reports and update project or client information in tracking systems.
Assist with research, task coordination, and follow-ups.
Create and maintain checklists, templates, and simple SOPs.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Experience with CRM or project management tools (preferred).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
