We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant to support a growing business with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of operational and customer support responsibilities.
You will assist with calendar management, email communication, data entry, follow-ups, scheduling, and general administrative support to help keep the business running smoothly.
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Handle customer communication and follow-ups
Organize spreadsheets, files, and internal documents
Perform data entry and CRM updates
Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks
Support the team with general administrative duties
Maintain organized and accurate records
