About The Role

We are searching for a Financial Operations Analyst to drive our accounts payable function and support accounts receivable. This role will own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including onboarding vendors into our Accounts Payable system, coding invoices, ensuring invoices are approved in compliance with Veho’s approval matrix, and answering inbound vendor payment questions. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Operations

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice coding, and oversight of the AP inbox

• Assist in the oversight of Ramp credit card and reimbursement program

• Assist with accounts payable-related accounting journal entries

• Assist with accounts payable-related audit inquiries

• Ownership of lease payments to our vendors and assist in keeping our lease management system updated

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable role

• Prior experience with NetSuite and Bill.com http://Bill.com preferred

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, can prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Passionate and persistent about operational excellence and stakeholder service
