We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account growth, and retention. This is a strategic role where you will manage key accounts, drive revenue expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to deliver on client goals
Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to improve client retention
Track account performance, revenue growth, and engagement metrics
Ensure all client interactions and account data are accurately recorded in CRM systems
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
Proven track record of managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue expansion
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is highly preferred
