This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive based in Brazil.
This role is focused on driving revenue growth across the LATAM mid-market segment by engaging with fast-growing businesses and guiding them through complex B2B SaaS sales cycles. You will own the full sales journey, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, acting as a trusted advisor to customers. The position combines inbound and outbound strategies in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment where customer value is central. You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with real market needs. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional who thrives in dynamic SaaS environments and enjoys building long-term client relationships. Accountabilities:You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships with mid-market clients across LATAM, while ensuring a strong focus on customer value and long-term success.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and solution presentation to negotiation and closing
Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously across different stages of the pipeline
Deliver tailored demos and solution recommendations aligned with client needs and use cases
Handle inbound inquiries, including commercial, technical, and contractual questions with precision
Develop account expansion strategies to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuous improvement
Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy
You are a results-oriented sales professional with strong experience in B2B SaaS environments and a proven ability to close deals within the LATAM mid-market segment.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals in mid-market accounts
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
Strong understanding of solution selling or similar consultative sales methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen with a goal-driven and ambitious mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environments
French language skills are a plus but not required
Experience working in distributed or remote-first teams is an advantage
