We are looking for an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative, value-driven sales conversations. This is a remote closing role focused on handling inbound appointments, understanding client needs, and confidently closing deals.
This role is ideal for experienced closers who thrive in high-stakes conversations and are driven by performance-based earnings.
Conduct high-quality discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified prospects
Build strong rapport and trust with decision-makers
Identify client pain points and position tailored high-ticket solutions
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward purchase decisions
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Continuously refine sales scripts, frameworks, and closing strategies
Requirements
3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales / closing roles
Proven track record of closing deals
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales funnels
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience selling in SaaS, coaching, consulting, or agency services is highly preferred
