Role Snapshot

Own the full patient data ingestion lifecycle. You'll validate, transform, and manage healthcare data while helping teams make better decisions with clean, reliable information.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows.

  • Validate incoming healthcare data files.

  • Build and maintain ETL processes.

  • Write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.

  • Apply data corrections and transformations.

  • Create scheduled and ad hoc reports.

  • Partner across teams to resolve data issues.

  • Document workflows and improve data standards.

Must-Haves

  • Healthcare experience with a payer, large health system, or similar organization.

  • Advanced SQL skills and database experience.

  • Light Python coding experience.

  • Direct experience with data loads and ETL processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

  • Bilingual Spanish and English.

  • Experience analyzing large datasets.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Contact center industry experience.

  • Experience with healthcare or patient data reporting.

  • Experience improving ETL workflows and data quality.
