The team operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, working closely with brands to improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Their approach is highly analytical, with a strong emphasis on testing, iteration, and aligning marketing performance with revenue outcomes.
**About the role**
The Head of CRO is responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and optimization of landing pages and offers to maximize ad performance and client growth. This role combines creative and analytical skills to design congruent funnels, structure high-impact offers, test variations, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact client ROI. The Head of CRO works closely with the media buyers, creative team and developer to ensure execution and performance improvements.
**Key Areas of Impact**
**CRO Strategy & Research**
* Lead conversion research through analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior data.
* Build testing roadmaps that align with client growth goals.
* Turn insights into hypotheses and structured test briefs.
* Ensure testing aligns with Easy A Media’s winning ad strategy.
**Client Communication & Collaboration**
* Act as the primary point of contact for CRO strategy, reporting, results, and next steps.
* Translate test data and insights into clear client reports and updates.
* Build client confidence through education of CRO principles and frameworks, providing insights and demonstrating results.
**Test Development & Execution**
* Oversee the design, copy, and dev execution of CRO tests.
* Manage prioritization and ensure high-quality delivery of briefs.
* Split test high-impact sections like hero or buy box.
* QA pages before launch to ensure accuracy and alignment.
* Apply statistical frameworks to validate results and avoid false positives.
**Analytics & Reporting**
* Analyze test performance and extract actionable insights.
* Prepare CRO dashboards and updates before client strategy calls.
* Maintain clear reports and documentation of test performance and learnings.
**Process Building**
* Document CRO SOPs, frameworks, and playbooks to make testing scalable across clients.
* Continuously refine internal workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
* Establish and enforce testing standards across accounts to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term learning capture.
* Ensure Easy A’s CRO process is repeatable, consistent, and optimized for growth.
**Offer Development**
* Research competitor offers and customer psychology.
* Develop pricing, bundling, and positioning strategies that maximize conversion rates and AOV.
* Continuously refine value propositions and guarantees to strengthen client funnels.
* Systematically test pricing models, subscription structures, urgency/scarcity tactics, messaging frameworks, naming conventions, bonuses and guarantees for maximum impact.
**Creative & Media Alignment**
* Collaborate with ad buyers and creatives to ensure full congruence from ad → landing page → checkout.
* Feed CRO learnings back into ad creative strategy for stronger campaigns.
* Integrate attribution insights to measure and communicate full-funnel performance.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* A typical week as Head of CRO at Easy A:
* 2-hour client strategy calls (Thursdays) + preparation and follow up.
* 90-minute learning call.
* Daily management of the CRO pipeline in ClickUp.
* 2-3 page briefs prepared and shipped weekly.
* Manage QA and deployment.
* Client communication on results, learnings, and new opportunities.
* Research time on client funnels, user behavior, and competitor benchmarks.
* Admin, ClickUp cleanup, and documentation updates.

* Experience: Background in CRO.
* Tools:Claude AI, Chat GPT Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Convert case, Microsoft clarity, Google Gemini Atria,Hemingway editor.

* People Skills: Strong communicator, able to simplify complex insights for clients.
* Organization: Able to manage multiple tests, deadlines, and client priorities.

**What Success Looks Like**
* Existing ads get more spend and better performance as a result of the landing pages & offers built
* Landing pages are delivered consistently and have a clear impact on ROAS that allows us to increase total ad spend.
* Clearly communicate new offers and pages with clients to help them better understand our approach, while still staying within brand preferences.
* Landing pages are delivered quickly and accurately, and require minimal revisions from clients or team.
* Data and insights are communicated clearly to both clients and internal teams.
* The CRO process is congruent with the ad strategy & also helps generate new ideas for the ad team.
* Improvements in Ad Spend, CVR, AOV, and ROAS are consistently achieved.
