Challenge

We are looking for a Senior/Staff-level AI Agentic Engineer who can combine deep software engineering expertise with practical AI experience to build production-grade AI systems.

This role goes beyond experimentation. You will design and deliver AI-powered products, own initiatives end-to-end, and help establish best practices for AI development across the organization.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborate closely with Product teams, and influence the technical direction and AI culture of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build agentic workflows and AI-powered products.

• Design and deliver production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive initiatives end-to-end.

• Mentor engineers and help elevate the team's AI capabilities.

• Contribute to the evolution of AI standards, patterns, and engineering practices.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions in a polyglot environment.

• Promote strong collaboration and transparent communication across teams.

• Influence the technical direction and AI culture of the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.

• Proven track record building and deploying production AI/ML systems.

• Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI approaches.

• Strong proficiency with Python or another major AI/ML language.

• Ability to work effectively in polyglot environments.

• Experience building products from 0→1 with high autonomy.

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Strong experience with Python.

• Experience with Ruby or Django for integrations.

• Experience designing feature stores, embedding systems, or ML observability platforms.

• Familiarity with large-scale APIs and high-throughput backend systems.

• Experience with infrastructure supporting ML workloads.

• Background with orchestration, monitoring, and experiment tracking tools.

• Experience mentoring engineers and driving AI adoption.

• Passion for API-driven products and engineering excellence.

• Experience with incident response, monitoring, and CI/CD improvements.

• Background in distributed systems or infrastructure-heavy products.
