We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical FBS - Agency Growth Support Manager to support the growth, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the Farmers Lead Marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, analytics, field enablement, and vendor management, helping drive agent adoption, improve lead conversion, and scale a critical business initiative.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve marketplace performance and agent experience.
Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing leadership and regional teams.
Analyze regional results and help develop programs to address performance gaps.
Support market development, loss ratio, profit, and productivity initiatives.
Assist in communication and coordination with Regional Staff and Marketing Managers.
Collaborate with internal teams to support Marketing Department objectives.
Help identify priority areas and contribute to corrective actions and solutions.
Support reporting activities and performance tracking.
Assist District and Regional Managers as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in insurance and marketing.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Fluent English required.
Experience with insurance lead generation, marketplace or lead-routing operations, and agent enablement.
Experience with vendor management and collaborating with regional staff, marketing managers, district or regional managers, leadership, and external vendors.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to support decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with reporting and analytical work, including basic reporting, performance analysis, and advanced Excel reporting and dashboard creation.
Experience with CRM or lead-management platforms is a plus.
Exposure to Copilot or similar AI productivity tools is a plus.
