π Join Our Data Products and Machine Learning Development Remote Startup! π We're looking for a senior Marketing Operations person to own our revenue engine. If you love clean data, you are a proactive professional, you enjoy designing impactful marketing actions, and making Sales and Marketing actually pull in the same direction β and you can't help improving everything you touch β read on. Job Objectives π§βπ»* Own the integrity, structure, and usefulness of our marketing data, reporting, and CRM (HubSpot) so the whole team can trust the numbers and act on them.
Design, draft, and implement marketing tactics that impact our pipeline and activate our leads.
Turn marketing activity into measurable revenue impact β from pipeline generation through to conversion. Here, your marketing mindset will be crucial to understand the needs of our customers and create a solid narrative to capture their attention.
Support other marketing activities and team members with feedback, ideas, operational support, and reporting.
Give the marketing team an operational backbone: better processes, cleaner data, smarter automation, and hands-on support across initiatives (especially events and content).
Be the connective tissue between Sales and Marketing, making the funnel run as one coordinated motion.
Responsibilities π€
Own HubSpot data quality end to end β capture, structure, dedupe, and maintain data so what's in the CRM reflects reality. Our CRM is the SSOT; we need to maintain it clean and updated.
Pipeline impact: define the criteria and move contacts through the funnel, from first touch to closed-won, thanks to the creation, drafting, and implementation of different marketing actions, always coordinating efforts with the rest of the team.
Ensure reports and dashboards that are accurate and decision-ready.
Coordinate the Sales β Marketing handoff β lead routing, SLAs, shared definitions, and the day-to-day alignment that keeps both teams rowing together.
Design, build, and continuously improve automations and workflows that save time and cut manual error.
Track, report, and improve the metrics that matter regularly:
Leads and MQL generations
Marketing pipeline volume & quality
Marketing pipeline velocity
Sales efficiency/conversion β what actually closes at the end of the day
Process & data health: data quality score and CRM adoption rate
Support marketing initiatives across the board, with a special focus on events β hands-on operative pre-event tasks, support, logistics, data capture, follow-up, and partner with other team members to create solid reports after the event.
Collaborate on content: spot opportunities, proactively draft ideas, align stakeholders, and give feedback.
Spot what's broken and fix it. Improve what already exists, and build what doesn't yet.
Required Skills π»* Strong, hands-on HubSpot / CRM expertise. You've lived in HubSpot and know it deeply β data model, reporting, lifecycle stages, automation, properties, and workflows. This is non-negotiable.
Advanced English: C1 or C2.
AI-native way of working. You already use AI tools as a natural part of how you operate β to work faster, sharper, and better β and you're always hunting for new ways to apply them.
A solid business & revenue mindset. You understand the commercial side of the funnel and obsess over outcomes, not activity.
4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops / RevOps / CRM management.
Passion is the price of entry. We need someone who genuinely cares β gets into everything, is highly proactive and curious, and is wired to improve what exists and build what doesn't. If you're not passionate about this, this isn't the role for you.
Proactive person with a strong will to learn, fix things, resolve problems, and desire to be an active team player.
Nice to have π* Proven experience building marketing automations and advanced workflows β this one scores high with us.
Experience in B2B, consultancy, or tech / data & AI environments.
Proven experience utilizing Claude for work-related jobs.
Hands-on event marketing experience.
Experience working across Sales and Marketing in a RevOps setup.
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
