Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
Workplace: Remote
Compensation: USD 1,700 - 2,300/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Candidate must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST). The shift will fall within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM timeframe depending on team alignment (9-hour shift / 8 productive hours per day).

The 3PL Logistics Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring logistics performance, maintaining operational visibility across freight and fulfillment, and ensuring effective coordination with third-party logistics partners. This role plays a critical part in analyzing logistics data, tracking delivery performance, and supporting operational excellence across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
The analyst serves as a key operational point of contact for logistics performance monitoring, delivery issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across the 3PL network. The role supports leadership through accurate reporting, performance insights, and proactive issue management.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze logistics performance across 3PL partners, carriers, and distribution networks
Track delivery performance, transit times, exception rates, and SLA compliance
Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, lost shipments, carrier exceptions, and freight claims
Manage freight documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and shipment records
Coordinate with carriers, freight brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve shipment issues and improve operational efficiency
Support compliance monitoring for Amazon fulfillment metrics such as OTDR and delivery performance
Maintain and update reporting dashboards and operational data used by leadership for decision-making
Analyze freight costs, duties, and landed cost drivers to support cost visibility and operational planning
Monitor compliance risks and ensure adherence to logistics processes across the 3PL network
Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain operations
Hands-on experience managing parcel, TL, and LTL shipments
Experience working with 3PL inventory management and warehouse operations
Experience managing freight claims, delivery exceptions, and carrier escalations
Proficiency creating and managing freight documentation (BOLs, PODs, shipment records)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
Experience monitoring logistics KPIs such as transit times, exception rates, and SLA performance
Experience working with NetSuite, WMS platforms, or logistics management systems
Experience supporting Amazon fulfillment compliance metrics (e.g., OTDR)
Ability to analyze freight costs, duties, and landed costs
