About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing company in the influencer marketing and creator economy space, supporting global brands with high-volume affiliate and TikTok Shop operations. They operate with a lean, distributed team across multiple time zones and focus heavily on execution, speed, and operational excellence. The organization relies on strong backend coordination to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently at scale.
This role is focused on managing TikTok Shop affiliate operations and supporting the backend processes that drive creator partnerships and campaign execution. You will oversee the full lifecycle of affiliate creators—from outreach and onboarding to contract management and performance tracking—within a fast-paced, Slack-first environment.
The position is highly execution-driven and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. You will work closely with an Israel-based team while coordinating with US stakeholders, making time zone alignment and responsiveness critical.
This is a high-ownership role best suited for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of TikTok Shop affiliate operations by maintaining organized workflows, timely creator coordination, and seamless communication across stakeholders.
Your work will directly impact campaign efficiency, creator activation speed, and overall operational reliability. By managing contracts, tracking deliverables, and maintaining backend systems, you will reduce friction across workflows and enable the team to scale operations effectively.
You will also contribute to maintaining strong client satisfaction through responsive communication and consistent follow-through on requests.
Source and onboard creators as affiliate partners
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and partnership terms with creators
Ensure contracts and agreements are executed before activation
Track active partnerships and follow up on deliverables
Manage creator profiles and sample coordination workflows
Manage product listings, order coordination, and daily shop operations
Monitor shop performance and flag issues proactively
Maintain accurate records of creator activity and contracts
Ensure workflows and documentation are up to date
Respond to client requests via Slack in a timely and professional manner
Resolve inquiries independently when possible
Escalate issues with context when necessary
Maintain a strong presence in client-facing communication channels
Coordinate timelines for content delivery and campaign launches
Manage outreach and onboarding of new creators
Track and log all vendor communications
Maintain organized documentation across all workstreams
Support internal team coordination as needed
Keep task tracking systems and tools updated
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate operations, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations
Strong experience managing creator or vendor relationships
Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
Ability to work within Israel time zone overlap (non-negotiable)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proven ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, remote environments
Direct experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate platforms
Background in influencer marketing or creator economy
Experience handling contracts or vendor agreements
Experience working in global or distributed teams
