We connect Brazil’s top 5% talent with innovative U.S. companies through a unique combination of staff augmentation and employer-of-record services.** **We are supporting a U.S.-based company looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join a small, cross-functional team and take ownership of the UI layer of an enterprise-grade deal-management application.** **Challenge** **We’re looking for a React/TypeScript Engineer who is passionate about building polished, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications.** **This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the UI architecture, designing intuitive user experiences, and working closely with product and design teams to deliver elegant solutions.** **You’ll have the opportunity to shape the front-end architecture, influence technical decisions, and help build a modern, high-quality user interface in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.** **What You’ll Do** * **Design and implement new features in a React v19 / TypeScript codebase.** * **Manage routes and server-side rendering using React Router v7.** * **Build responsive and accessible UIs with Tailwind CSS and modular CSS.** * **Integrate backend services via Axios (or similar), maintaining a clean API client layer.** * **Define and maintain TypeScript interfaces/models for APIs and data contracts.** * **Enforce code quality using ESLint, Prettier, lint-staged, and Husky.** * **Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.** * **Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements into polished interfaces.** * **Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.** **Required Skills & Qualifications** * **5+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.** * **Strong expertise with:** * **React Hooks** * **Context API** * **Functional component patterns** * **Experience configuring and customizing Tailwind CSS and PostCSS.** * **Solid understanding of modern build tools like Vite and pnpm.** * **Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data flows.** * **Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and browser compatibility issues.** * **Proficiency with Git and modern branching workflows.** * **Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.** * **English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).** **Nice-to-Have** * **Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).** * **Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.** * **Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, including Helm, Kubernetes, or Nginx.** * **Experience with AI-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot.** * **Familiarity with performance profiling and bundle optimization.** **What’s in It for You** * **Opportunity to shape front-end architecture and influence technical decisions.** * **Collaborative, fast-moving environment with regular code reviews.** * **Flexible hours and remote-friendly culture.** * **Investment in your professional growth through training, conferences, and continuous learning opportunities.** * **Full support from Ubiminds with HR, career guidance, and administrative assistance.** About Ubiminds Our Culture**People First.** We are all about people!**Challenge yourself.** There’s always room for improvement and continuous improvement is in our essence.**Make it happen.** Be ready to take challenges as they come.
