š Position: BI Product Manager - Financial Market
Location: Remote from LATAM
Contract Type: Full-time vendor (Direct contract with Inallmedia.com)

This role embeds within a core Financial Data and Business Intelligence product team, serving as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) domains for an enterprise platform.
Acting with a proactive "hunter" mindset at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product, you will identify operational friction points across the revenue lifecycle and convert them into high-impact data products, automated BI dashboards, and enterprise AI/ML analytics solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial data strategy to optimize downstream decision-making.
Stakeholder Outreach & Gap Mapping: Actively build relationships across internal Financial Systems (FinSys) teamsāincluding Orders, Invoicing, Billing, Legal, and Finance leadershipāto identify process gaps and map operational friction points.
Data Product Strategy & Discovery: Connect operational pain points directly to Business Intelligence (BI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI opportunities, articulating the business rationale behind financial data needs.
Requirements & Specifications Authoring: Author clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and strategic roadmaps, translating complex business needs into non-technical requirements for Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and data engineering teams.
Cross-Domain Process Alignment: Ensure complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesāincluding quoting, deal structuring, billing, entitlement, and revenue recognitionāare accurately modeled within downstream data and analytics products.
Data Validation & Reporting: Validate pricing, order, and contract data to build operational dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and support core enterprise business reporting.
5+ Years of FinSys PM Experience: Solid background in Product Management within Financial Systems (FinSys BI), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), or Revenue Operations in SaaS/Tech environments.
Financial & Accounting Expertise: Deep understanding of core accounting concepts, billing systems, entitlements, contract lifecycles, and downstream revenue recognition rules (specifically ASC 606 impacts).
System Data Flows: Strong understanding of how enterprise data flows from ERP platforms (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad) into centralized BI platforms.
Analytical & Functional Design Skills: Proven track record in data validation, process mapping, user storytelling, and writing clear functional requirements (PRDs).
Cross-Functional Communication: High-energy, proactive approach to engaging busy finance, legal, product, and sales stakeholders to align on process maps and data requirements.
Agile & Remote Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively in Agile teams and remote, distributed environments.
Fluent English: Native or professional bilingual fluency for all daily written and spoken communication.
Modern Data & AI Literacy: Conceptual understanding of modern data stack architecture and practical business applications of GenAI, LLMs, or predictive ML models within corporate finance.
High-Volume SaaS/Marketplace Experience: Previous experience working within high-volume marketplaces or enterprise sales operations handling complex deal structures.
Contract Analytics & Process Optimization: Experience in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) applied to financial platforms.
The role requires close collaboration with global teams aligned to CST (CST ±2 hours). Flexibility to overlap standard business hours with US time zones is expected. All contract management and operations will be handled directly by Inallmedia.com.
All interviews, technical documentation, stakeholder meetings, and daily team communications will be conducted in English.
