🧭 About Inallmedia.com
Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.
🚀 Project Overview
You will join a high-impact product design team driving user experience across enterprise digital platforms. We are actively hiring across two specialized design tracks: Track A (Product UX & AI Workflows), which focuses on net-new B2B SaaS features, early-stage Beta product definitions, and AI interaction design; and Track B (Design Systems & Responsive Web), which focuses on building modular Figma component libraries under CMS constraints, responsive web experiences, and conversational/chatbot UX. Through our evaluation process, candidates will be placed into the track that best aligns with their core strengths.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End UX/UI Execution: Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity mockups for complex B2B product features and web experiences.
Modular Design System Creation: Build, extend, and maintain scalable components within Figma (utilizing Auto Layout, variants, and design tokens) while adhering strictly to CMS technical constraints.
AI & Conversational Integration: Design clear interaction patterns for AI-assisted platforms while using modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma AI) to accelerate design exploration and component generation.
Web & Campaign Design: Build responsive web experiences, landing pages, and chatbot/conversational interfaces with multi-brand and subsidiary theming capabilities.
Accessibility Standards: Apply WCAG and ADA accessibility standards across all design system components and live production releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to validate concepts using qualitative/quantitative data, align on project milestones, and perform post-build Design QA.
💡 Must-Have Skills
Experience Level: 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on building or maintaining a design system/component library.
Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expert command of Auto Layout, variants, component libraries, and responsive/mobile-first web design.
Complex Platform & AI Design: Proven experience designing for data-heavy B2B SaaS environments, net-new 0-to-1 product definitions, or AI-assisted product workflows.
AI Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools (such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or Figma AI) in your daily design process.
CMS & Technical Constraints: Practical experience working within CMS environments and an understanding of how content management constraints shape component architecture.
Web & Specialized UX Domain: Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or HR/recruiting tech, with demonstrated work in responsive landing pages, SEO-aware layouts, or chatbot/conversational UX design.
Accessibility Compliance: Solid working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines.
Autonomous Execution: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, balance strategic vision with tactical execution, and manage deliverables independently in a remote-first setup.
English Proficiency: Fluent English for daily written and verbal communication.
🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration
The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT). Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours is expected.
💬 Language
All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.
