Location: Remote from LATAM (100% Remote)
Contract Type: Full-time vendor (Contracted directly by Inallmedia.com)
Time Zone Alignment: UK Time (GMT/BST) – Requires a minimum of a 6-hour daily overlap with the UK team.
Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.
For this specific role, you will be contracted directly by Inallmedia.com to support a premier, high-growth global digital media and internet enterprise, specifically focusing on expanding their UK-based business segment and engineering infrastructure.
Our client has an increasing need to support their UK-based business segment and engineering teams with dedicated DevOps operations tailored to the GMT/UK/European time zones. You will join an established, dynamic engineering team to scale cloud platforms, execute critical system migrations, and deliver infrastructure support for stakeholders across Europe.
This role is focused purely on DevOps engineering, automation, and environment management—helping the existing team seamlessly handle increased regional demand while maintaining a high standard of deployment delivery and architectural evolution.
Migration Workloads: Lead and execute cloud infrastructure migration tasks, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal downtime, and optimized resource allocation for European business units.
Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary DevOps point of contact for UK and European engineering stakeholders, unblocking development teams and addressing infrastructure needs.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain, optimize, and scale cloud environments using Terraform to ensure highly repeatable and predictable deployments.
CI/CD Optimization: Manage and refine automated deployment pipelines (primarily via Jenkins) to maintain fast, stable, and secure software release cycles.
Container Orchestration: Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring proper configuration, scaling, and efficiency across clusters.
Team Collaboration: Seamlessly integrate with the existing DevOps team to share knowledge, align architectural standards, and distribute the operational roadmap effectively.
Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: 6+ years of proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Architecture, with deep, production-level expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Infrastructure as Code: Strong proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and managing multi-environment cloud architectures.
Containerization & Orchestration: Solid hands-on experience with Docker and managing container workloads via Kubernetes.
CI/CD Expertise: Proven track record building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automation pipelines, specifically using Jenkins.
Scripting Fluency: Competency in scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or Go) to automate manual processes and eliminate operational friction.
Remote & Agile Mindset: Extensive experience working autonomously within distributed, Agile teams in a 100% remote setting.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to international stakeholders.
Prior experience working directly with UK or European corporate structures and engineering teams.
Hands-on exposure to advanced cloud migration methodologies (e.g., database migrations, microservices decoupling).
Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate).
The role requires a dedicated and structured shift pattern to guarantee at least a 6-hour daily overlap with the UK engineering team during their core business hours (09:00 to 17:00 UK time). This ensures active, real-time collaboration, daily synchronization, and immediate alignment with European business stakeholders.
All interviews, technical assessments, documentation, and daily engineering communications will be conducted exclusively in English.
