This team is responsible for the **Employer Brand Marketplace**, a high-traffic ecosystem where millions of job seekers research company values, reviews, and culture. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will have end-to-end ownership of features that enhance employer branding tools and company pages. You will tackle technical challenges related to **SEO optimization, high-scale User-Generated Content (UGC), and performance engineering**, ensuring a seamless experience for both global employers and candidates. ### 🔍 Key Responsibilities * **End-to-End Ownership:** Scope, estimate, and execute complex technical projects from initial ideation to production deployment with high professional autonomy. * **Full-Stack Development:** Ship production-quality, high-performance code across the stack, focusing on sophisticated user interfaces and robust backend services. * **SEO & Marketing Initiatives:** Build and optimize features for company pages to improve search engine visibility, Core Web Vitals, and user acquisition. * **Stakeholder Partnership:** Act as a primary technical partner to Product Managers and Engineering Leads, translating business requirements into scalable code and proactively managing technical trade-offs. * **Technical Decision Making:** Navigate ambiguous requirements and make independent choices between speed of delivery and long-term code scalability. * **Feature Evolution:** Maintain and innovate on UGC modules, including company reviews, Q&A sections, and employer micro-content. ### 💡 Must-Have Skills * **Front-End Expertise:** Advanced proficiency in **React** and **TypeScript** (or expert-level modern JavaScript/ES6+). * **Back-End Proficiency:** Strong experience building scalable services using **Java and Spring Boot**. * **Senior-Level Judgment:** Proven ability to work "end-to-end" without hand-holding, demonstrating high ownership and architectural thinking. * **Production Standards:** Extensive experience shipping high-scale, production-ready code within Agile environments. * **Communication:** Strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, negotiate scope, and surface blockers clearly. * **Language:** Fluent English for daily technical discussions and documentation. ### 🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills * **SEO Engineering:** Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and optimizing for Core Web Vitals. * **UGC Experience:** Previous work with user-generated content platforms or marketplace dynamics. * **Cloud & CI/CD:** Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. ### 🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to **CST (Central Standard Time)**.
