🚀 Project Overview

You will join a high-rigor engineering squad focused on the Analytics & Internal Tools ecosystem for a global leader in the job-search and recruitment industry. The team is currently driving three critical, high-pressure projects where Accessibility and Data Visualization are the core pillars.

We are not looking for a "Mid-level" developer; we need a seasoned partner who increases team velocity and reduces management overhead. You will be responsible for "Human-centric" engineering—creating logic that is robust, heavily tested, and designed for long-term maintainability in a data-heavy environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Execution: Independently translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions, eliminating the need for senior management to "filter the noise."
• System-Driven Frontend: Design and implement complex, accessible UI components and data-heavy dashboards using React and TypeScript.
• Testing Excellence: Ensure total reliability by maintaining high test coverage (90%+) using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Data Validation: Audit and validate complex data structures coming from GraphQL/REST APIs to ensure the integrity of analytical reporting.
• Architectural Control: Leverage AI tools to accelerate boilerplate tasks while maintaining strict, human-led control over software architecture and code quality.
• Cross-Functional Debugging: Collaborate with backend teams, using a basic understanding of the server-side stack to assist in full-traceability debugging.

💡 Must-Have Skills

• 6+ Years of Professional Experience: A proven track record in Senior roles within large-scale, US-based engineering environments.
• Advanced React & TypeScript: Expert-level understanding of hooks, state management (Redux/Context), and advanced type safety for complex data models.
• Independent "Systems" Thinking: The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and provide architectural "human-centric" logic.
• Testing Mastery: Deep experience with Unit, Integration (Jest/RTL), and E2E testing (Cypress).
• Data Integration Literacy: High proficiency in GraphQL and REST APIs; expertise in handling and visualizing large datasets.
• Fluent English (C1/C2): Exceptional communication skills are mandatory to ensure total alignment with US stakeholders and remove any language friction.
• Backend Familiarity: Experience with Node.js, NestJS, or PHP/Laravel to understand the full data lifecycle.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Data Visualization: Experience with D3.js, Highcharts, or similar libraries for building analytical reporting tools.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to understand and optimize the deployment pipeline.
• Design-to-Code Proficiency: Experience working within Figma to export assets and ensure high UI fidelity.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to CT (Central Time). Candidates must be based in LATAM and available for a significant overlap with US business hours.
