We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Retoucher, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, and commercial campaigns

• Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image clean-up, and finishing

• Retouch beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and product imagery with a strong attention to detail

• Integrate CGI elements seamlessly with photography when required

• Follow creative direction while maintaining consistency with established visual standards

• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, producers, and CGI artists

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Prepare and deliver production-ready files according to specifications

• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial studio or agency environment

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and photographic techniques

• Advanced compositing and masking skills

• Experience with beauty/skin retouching at a high-end level

• Familiarity with CGI workflows and integration is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across assets

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to take direction and provide creative problem-solving when needed

It´s a Plus:

• Experience working with large-scale campaigns and high-volume production

• Knowledge of Capture One or similar raw processing software

• Understanding of print and digital production requirements

• Basic knowledge of 3D/CGI tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) 1,300 - 1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
