Virtual Assistant - Operations & Social Media Monitoring

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **operations and social media monitoring** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: ### Irrigation Monitoring (Primary Responsibility) * Log in daily via VPN to access plant/sensor dashboards; * Monitor water levels and environmental values across multiple rooms/zones; * Compare readings against target ranges provided by the client; * Make small irrigation adjustments when necessary (e.g., modify watering duration or frequency) following written rules; * Maintain extreme accuracy when adjusting numeric values (e.g., distinguishing 5 minutes vs. 50 minutes); * Document daily checks and changes in a structured log for review; * Flag anomalies or irregular patterns to leadership immediately; ### Social Media & Brand Monitoring (Secondary Responsibility) * Monitor Reddit and other online platforms for brand mentions; * Engage using neutral customer-style accounts (not official company accounts); * Respond politely to comments, questions, or complaints; * Share positive feedback and help reinforce brand reputation; * Escalate repeated complaints or serious issues; * Assist in drafting responses for official accounts when needed; * Extremely detail-oriented and careful with numbers; * Comfortable working with dashboards and remote systems via VPN; * Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability; * Organized and process-driven; * Ability to follow written instructions and checklists precisely; * Good written English for online engagement and communication; * Reliable and consistent with daily check-ins (including weekends); * Experience in social media community management; * Experience with agricultural systems or environmental monitoring **is a plus;** * Work from home; * Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week); * Starting salary between **6$ - 7$** per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance; * A workplace that values its people; * Professional development opportunities to grow your career; * Be part of a supportive team that values your input and achievements; * **Referral bonus:** If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients; **Remember to upload your data in English, please.
