About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our team and create high-impact, performance-driven digital experiences. In this role, you’ll lead the design of fully responsive, conversion-focused web experiences from concept through launch, with a strong emphasis on marketing landing pages, paid ad creatives, and brand-led executions. You’ll also play a key role in the redesign and evolution of the Willow website, helping shape how the brand shows up across core web experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision supports business goals, elevates user experience, and maintains strong, consistent brand expression across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting marketing landing pages aligned with campaign goals and performance metrics
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all marketing and digital channels.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional visuals, and launch materials.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable results.
- Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations that inform design decisions.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and performance insights to create innovative, data-informed design solutions.
- Apply strategic thinking to align design outputs with growth goals, business objectives, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).
- Partner with marketing and product teams to hypothesize, design, and iterate on A/B tests across web experiences.
- Design intuitive, visually polished interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and usability insights.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences.
- Stay current with accessibility best practices and integrate them into all projects.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
- Produce detailed design documentation, style guides, and UI specifications to support smooth development implementation.
- Deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and stakeholders.
- Lead design discussions and client interactions with confidence and clarity.
- Take ownership of design decisions and proactively solve problems.
- Stay up-to-date with design, marketing, and web trends to continuously elevate output quality and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within B2B environments (agency, tech, ecommerce, or freelance).
- Strong expertise in marketing-driven web design and conversion-focused UX.
- Experience designing conversion-oriented ecommerce flows, such as product pages, checkout experiences, and purchase funnels.
- Advanced graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong web design fundamentals, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems, including components, grids, typography, and spacing.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, take full ownership of deliverables, and drive work from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients.
- A strong portfolio showcasing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
