We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Test Engineer with hands-on expertise in test automation to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver innovative software products for a global technology and digital merchandising solutions provider. You’ll design and execute test plans, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and product quality. 🟩 **What's in it for you:** * Join a dynamic global tech company delivering digital merchandising solutions across 50+ markets * Drive automation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes across the organization * Enhance your automation expertise with a modern tech stack, including Playwright, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines **✅ Is that you?** * 5+ years of experience in test automation with a strong understanding of QA best practices * Experience using JavaScript testing frameworks like Playwright * Experience with API and exploratory testing * Experience with load and performance testing using tools like Apache Bench, wrk, or similar * Experience working with Linux-based systems * Proficiency with Git, including pull request and branching workflows * Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases * Strong communication skills for reporting defects, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset * Upper-Intermediate+ English level **Desirable:** * Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) * Familiarity with databases * Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) * Experience collaborating in team meetings and technical discussions 🧩**Key responsibilities and your contribution** In this role, you’ll ensure the exceptional quality of our solutions by designing and executing tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. * Create, execute, and document test cases and scenarios based on requirements * Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing * Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and project managers to define success criteria, validate solutions, and ensure quality delivery * Identify defects, gaps, and potential improvements, raising issues through appropriate channels * Provide feedback on design, usability, and user experience from a QA perspective * Contribute to test automation and quality improvement initiatives to streamline testing processes * Participate in team meetings and reviews, advocating for QA best practices to enhance quality and test coverage 🎾 **What's working at Dev.Pro like?** [Dev.Pro](http://dev.pro/) is a global company that's been building great software since 2011.
