### About the Role
We are seeking a **Senior Marketing Manager** for our clientto lead marketing execution, content production, and marketing infrastructure.
This role requires an **AI-first marketing mindset** and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to improve research, content production, marketing automation, and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is a **hands-on marketing operator** capable of independently executing initiatives while integrating AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to drive **consistent organic growth, scalable content production, and efficient marketing systems.**
### Responsibilities
### Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
* Create and publish **daily social media content** across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
* Develop **one high-quality content asset per day**, including blog articles, PR content, and backlink content
* Plan and execute **organic growth strategies across social media channels**
* Collaborate with designers to ensure visually engaging content
* Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and analytics
### AI Tools Used for Social Media
Candidates should have experience leveraging tools such as:
* ChatGPT – content ideation, captions, content repurposing
* Jasper AI – marketing and social copywriting
* Copy.ai – promotional messaging and social captions
* Canva – AI-assisted design and visual content creation
* Buffer – content scheduling and publishing
* Hootsuite – scheduling and engagement monitoring
### SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
* Lead the company’s **technical SEO and organic search strategy**
* Conduct **on-page SEO audits and technical site optimization**
* Develop and execute **backlink acquisition strategies**
* Manage keyword strategy and organic search performance
* Perform competitor research and SEO performance analysis
* Collaborate with developers to improve **site structure, page speed, and SEO health**
### SEO Tools & Platforms
Candidates should have experience leveraging tools such as:
* Ahrefs – backlink analysis and keyword research
* SEMrush – competitive research and keyword tracking
* Surfer SEO – SEO content optimization
* Screaming Frog SEO Spider – technical SEO auditing
* Google Search Console – website search performance monitoring
### Website & Content Infrastructure
* Oversee website development projects utilizing **ASTRO and headless WordPress**
* Coordinate with developers to ensure websites support marketing campaigns and content publishing
* Maintain website content updates and performance improvements
### Marketing Operations & Reporting
* Improve and manage **quarterly marketing reports and shareholder reports**
* Support marketing campaigns across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
* Coordinate execution across marketing, design, and development teams
* Ensure marketing initiatives are properly tracked and measured
### Marketing Tools & Platforms
Candidates should be comfortable working with:
