Position: Sales & Lead Management Specialist
Compensation: $1,400 – $1,800/month (Higher end reserved for candidates with med spa experience).
Location: LATAM / Central America (Remote).

The team is looking for a dedicated remote partner to bridge the gap between digital marketing interest and in-clinic consultations, ensuring every prospective patient feels valued from their very first interaction.
Role Summary
The client is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Sales & Lead Management Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries. This role is focused on rapid lead conversion, primarily managing traffic generated from Meta advertisements. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-speed outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting, ensuring that no inquiry goes unanswered and that the clinic’s schedule remains optimized with qualified bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Lead Conversion: Respond to new ad leads (Meta) via phone and SMS within hours of submission to maintain high engagement and conversion rates.
- Appointment Setting: Conduct initial consultations over the phone to qualify prospects and secure firm appointments for in-person med spa services.
- Omnichannel Communication: Manage and respond to client emails and direct messages, ensuring a seamless and responsive communication loop.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate, professional information regarding med spa services, procedures, and clinic protocols to prospective clients.
- Lead Tracking & Records: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, follow-up attempts, and conversion statuses within the company’s tracking system.
- Inquiry Management: Proactively monitor all communication channels to ensure 100% response rates and zero missed opportunities.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills are required to communicate effectively with the Houston-based clientele.
- Sales or Appointment Setting Experience: A proven track record in sales, lead nurturing, or high-volume appointment setting.
- Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-Management: Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage given the Houston, Texas demographic.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the med spa, beauty, or wellness industry is highly preferred.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with lead management software and digital communication tools.
