Sales Development Representative (Tourism & Hospitality) - International
Location: Remote
Countries: Mexico and Argentina
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday (2 rotating days off)
• Argentina: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (rotating shift hours within this timeframe)
Contract Type: Contractor
Responsibilities:
• Manage reservations for tour packages and coordinate with international hotels.
• Attend to customers via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Close sales with incoming leads (no prospecting required).
• Record information in CRM (wired internet connection required).
• Maintain high-quality service and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in tourism/hospitality sales or contact centers (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia, Booking).
• English proficiency B2+ (preferably C1 - fluent).
• A third language such as German or Portuguese is a plus (not mandatory).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Studies in tourism, business, or related fields (preferred).
• High adaptability to rotating schedules and varying days off.
• Commercial mindset, empathetic, persuasive, and sales-oriented.
