RB - Full Stack Engineer (Typescript/NextJs) - 223

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with approximately 3 years of experience to join our team and work directly alongside the CTO. While we value full-stack knowledge, this role is primarily focused on backend and SDK/API development to ensure the scalability and performance of our core systems. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain robust backend logic using TypeScript and Next.js. * Collaborate closely with the CTO to architect and implement new features from scratch. * Manage tasks, bug reports, and project milestones using Linear. * Communicate effectively with the team via Slack to ensure alignment on technical requirements and deadlines. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices. * Experience: Around 3 years of professional experience in software development. * Core Stack: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience building applications with Next.js. * Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with React is a plus, though the focus will be predominantly on the backend. * Tools: Experience using Linear (or similar ticket systems like JIRA) and Slack for daily operations. * Mindset: A proactive profile who is ready to take ownership of tasks but is eager to learn and grow under direct mentorship.
