JOB SUMMARY Pyyne is seeking a mid-level Data Scientist with experience in consumer applications to work as a consultant out of our Brazilian office. This is a high-impact role for Pyyne as we rapidly expand our collaboration with a large US-based tech client. We are looking for a Product QA Tester to join our client’s QA Team and partner closely with one or more product teams to monitor and improve quality across their products—both internal and external—used by hundreds of thousands of users every day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Work with client engineering teams to ensure that key features and product changes are built to spec and thoroughly tested before release - Help improve post-launch quality by investigating bug reports and ensuring our teams prioritize the highest-impact issues MUST HAVE SKILLS: - 2+ years of experience using QA tools, including: - Jira or any bug tracking software - Test Management tools (such as Xray or TestRail) - GitHub, Bitrise, Firebase for build management - 2+ years of experience in manual testing, specifically in test planning and testing one or more of the following: - Native iOS or Android apps - Web apps and APIs/backend services - Comfort navigating the terminal/command line - Familiarity with Xcode and/or Android Studio for building or running mobile app - Basic experience executing and/or writing automated tests within a framework NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: - Comfort using Postman and/or Proxy tool (such as Charles or Proxyman) - Ability to navigate an IDE and run SQL commands Benefits: - Monthly Salary from 1,200 - 1,800 USD/mo - Flexible remote working environment. - Career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.
