ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives on our's platform. This role is responsible for coordinating work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered successfully. You’ll help drive alignment, manage dependencies, and bring structure to complex efforts that span multiple teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys turning plans into execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps - Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness - Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams - Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, and status updates - Help translate high-level goals into actionable plans - Help ensure consistency across surfaces and touchpoints - Track dependencies and handoffs between teams REQUIREMENTS: - 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management - Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives - Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have - Experience working with vendor- or partner-driven initiatives - Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics - Experience supporting go-to-market or product launches - CAPM or PMP certification - Experience collaborating closely with design and marketing teams What’s in it for you? - As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy: - Flexible hours - Work wherever you choose - Fun and casual work environment - Employee engagement activities and virtual gatherings - We are a diverse, global team! 🌍
