We are looking for a **PeopleSoft Application Security Analyst** to join our team and support security administration for ERP applications, primarily **PeopleSoft FSCM and PeopleSoft HCM**. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business security requirements and translating them into secure, scalable configurations within PeopleSoft. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to configure roles, permission lists, and user access while also implementing **security enhancements and improvements to the application security architecture**. This position requires hands-on experience with **PeopleSoft Core Security**, ERP environments, and a solid understanding of how application security supports **audit and compliance frameworks such as SOX**. ### Key Responsibilities * Configure, maintain, and optimize **PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, and user profiles** across ERP environments. * Implement **security enhancements and improvements** to the PeopleSoft security architecture, not limited to access provisioning. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into **secure application configurations within PeopleSoft**. * Provide **security administration and user support** for ERP applications including PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM. * Develop and maintain **security documentation, reports, and audit-related information**. * Create **SQL queries and scripts** to analyze security configurations and generate reports when required. * Participate in **security testing activities**, including QA and UAT for security changes and enhancements. * Support internal stakeholders with **security-related inquiries and troubleshooting**. * Ensure security configurations comply with **internal governance policies and SOX audit requirements**. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve ERP security standards and processes. ### Desired Profile **Experience & Seniority** * Mid-level to Semi-Senior experience in **PeopleSoft Application Security or ERP Security Administration**. * At least **3+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft security** environments. * Experience working in enterprise ERP environments supporting Finance, HR, or Supply Chain systems. **Technical Skills** * Strong experience with **PeopleSoft Core Security**. * Experience configuring **roles, permission lists, and user profiles**. * Experience implementing **security enhancements or improvements**, not limited to user provisioning. * Knowledge of **PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM modules**. * Experience writing **SQL queries** for reporting and analysis. * Understanding of **ERP security models and access governance practices**. * Familiarity with **ticketing systems and incident/request management processes**. **Compliance & Governance** * Basic understanding of **SOX compliance and audit-related security controls**. * Experience supporting **security reviews, audits, or compliance activities**. **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical security solutions. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field**. **Language** * **Advanced English is required**, both written and spoken. **Work Modality** * **Remote position –** Integration into global brands and disruptive startups.
