As the Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers experience a seamless, high-performing, and brand-aligned shopping journey. This role supports day-to-day eCommerce operations, store optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding for new ecommerce clients, overseeing Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness to ensure a successful implementation.
* Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing clear communication, structured timelines, and proactive follow-up.
* Support clients with order, platform, and account-related questions, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries.
* Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure alignment, continuity of service, and long-term client satisfaction.
* Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume ecommerce environment while meeting established timelines.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance onboarding effectiveness and overall client experience.
* Document onboarding processes, client requirements, and key milestones to support operational consistency and scalability.
* C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
* 4+ years hands on experience with Shopify
* 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce customer success or onboarding
* Experience supporting mid-to-large ecommerce businesses (ideally $50M+ annual revenue) or working within sophisticated, process-driven organizations.
* Salary: $1500-$2500 USD/month
