We operate with: • Clear targets • High accountability • Process-driven sales systems • Consistent outreach and qualification discipline Growth depends on strong outbound execution, consistent pipeline management, and closing well-qualified opportunities. ### About the Role This role exists to generate and close new business. You will prospect decision-makers, uncover hiring intent, run sales demonstrations, and convert qualified companies into long-term clients. This is not a passive inbound role. We are looking for someone comfortable with: • High-volume outbound calling • Running live sales demos • Managing their own pipeline • Closing contracts independently You are responsible for revenue creation. ### What You’ll Do ### Prospecting & Outreach • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Make 50+ cold calls per day • Build and maintain a consistent lead-sourcing strategy • Identify decision-makers within target companies ### Qualification & Sales Process • Qualify prospects on hiring need, timing, budget, and authority • Schedule and run sales demonstration meetings • Communicate value clearly and consultatively • Handle objections and advance deals toward closing ### Pipeline Ownership & Closing • Manage pipeline from first contact to signed contract • Follow up consistently with qualified prospects • Close at least one new contract per month • Maintain accurate CRM tracking (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) ### What You Bring ### Required Experience • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience • 1–3+ years in high-volume calling environments • Experience running sales demos • Proven ability to close deals • Experience using CRM systems • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours ### Compensation Structure Base: $1,500/month Month 3+: $1,500 if at least 1 deal is closed $1,000 if no deal is closed Commission: $500 per additional deal (uncapped) OTE: Up to $36,000+ annually Performance review every 3 months. ### Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus) • Experience selling services to U.S. businesses • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services • Entrepreneurial or startup experience • Experience selling in multi-stakeholder environments * Professional and quiet remote work setup (PC) with reliable high-speed internet. * Strong Zoom presence and polished communication skills. * Ability to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities. * Submission of an introductory video is required as part of the hiring process.
