Mid Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics capability. This is a hands-on role where you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency. Position Title: Mid Data Analyst Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI • Build and maintain analytical data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations • Analyze data from cloud data warehouses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into visual insights • Support migration of legacy reports into modern analytics solutions • Monitor and troubleshoot report performance and data quality issues • Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, and reporting processes • Contribute to governance and data validation efforts • Enable self-service analytics through clear and well-structured reporting Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: • +3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization) • Solid SQL skills and experience querying cloud data warehouses • Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions • Experience working with cross-functional teams Nice to Have: • Power BI certification • Experience with dbt or modern analytics workflows • Exposure to Python or R for analysis • Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines • Understanding of dashboard UX best practices • Experience with cloud platforms Soft skills: • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Analytical thinking and problem solving • Clear communication and storytelling with data • Ownership mindset and accountability • Collaborative approach with business stakeholders • Continuous learning attitude Why you will love Lean Tech: • Join a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technology • Professional development opportunities with international customers • Collaborative work environment • Career paths and mentorship programs that will lead to new levels.
