We are hiring an Integrator / Growth Operator to help build and run the machine behind Calvin Smith’s personal brand, EOS implementation business, podcast, speaking, Skool/community, content, and sales pipeline.
This is not a corporate ops role. This is not a sit-in-meetings-and-make-notes role. This is not a “please tell me what to do” role.
This is a player/coach seat for someone who can build systems, lead people, use AI, hold accountability, get their hands dirty, and help us get the fuck after it.
We are not “hoping” to hit the goals below. We are not “working toward” them. This is where we are going.
Your job is to help build, lead, manage, automate, track, push, fix, and improve the machine that gets us there.
You will hire and lead people to do a lot of the execution. But let’s be clear: you are not just managing from the sidelines. You need to be able to jump in and actually do shit, learn fast, execute, inspect the work, coach the team, and hold the standard.

Within 12 months of hiring the right person, we will:
Hit 1M+ followers on non-LinkedIn social platforms
Hit 250K LinkedIn followers
Build a pipeline that consistently produces at least 50 EOS sessions/year at $5,000/session
Book Calvin on at least 2 guest podcasts/month
Publish at least 2 owned podcast episodes/month
Book at least 6 speaking engagements/year
Book at least 3 speaking engagements outside the U.S.
Build Skool/course/community revenue that pays for yourself and the internal growth team
Build and lead the team needed to make all of this happen
Keep Calvin focused on content, sales, EOS sessions, speaking, relationships, learning, travel, exercise, and the highest-value portfolio business decisions

You will build the accountability chart, scorecards, meeting rhythm, dashboards, priorities, rocks, and reporting system that keeps the whole team moving.
No scattered chaos. No fake productivity. No “I thought someone else had it.”
Clear owner. Clear number. Clear deadline. Clear follow-up.
You will help build and lead the team responsible for social growth, LinkedIn, podcasts, speaking outreach, EOS pipeline, Skool/community, content, AI automation, and executive support.
You will not personally do everything forever.
But you need to know enough to inspect the work, coach people, challenge excuses, fix weak execution, and jump in when needed.
This is a player/coach role. You will manage, and you will work.
You will use AI and automation to make the team faster, smarter, and more consistent.
We are not looking for someone “open to AI.”
We need someone already using AI to build workflows, automate tasks, create dashboards, improve SOPs, speed up research, support content, manage follow-up, and remove manual bullshit.
AI is not a side tool here. It is part of how we win.
You will turn big goals into weekly scorecards and real action.
That includes:
Social follower growth
LinkedIn growth
Podcast bookings
Podcast episodes published
Speaking bookings
EOS sessions sold
Skool revenue
Team rocks completed
Calvin’s time protected
If it matters, we measure it. If we measure it, we improve it. If it is not improving, we tell the truth and fix it.
Calvin should not be chasing updates, babysitting tasks, re-explaining priorities, fixing missed follow-ups, or living inside project management tools. Your job is to help keep Calvin focused on the stuff only Calvin can do towards the greater mission.

Requirements
You have managed at least 7 people at the same time.
You have verifiable 5+ years of experience leading others.
You have led weekly team meetings where people were expected to report numbers, progress, issues, and next actions
You have lead and are comfortable with direct accountability conversations with people who were missing deadlines, underperforming, or making excuses
You are comfortable assigning owners, setting deadlines, following up, and pushing people when needed
You can lead and execute at the same time
You have 3**+ years** in operations, project management, chief of staff, growth ops, founder support, executive ops, agency ops, creator ops, or a similar execution-heavy role
You have personally built and managed a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, project tracker, or reporting system
You have managed at least 5 active projects or workstreams at the same time
You have worked 2+ years directly with a creator, coach, or consultant (or the founder of a similar agency),
You use AI tools daily, and can talk through what you know and how you use them.
You have used Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools to build or improve at least 3 real workflows, automations, SOPs, dashboards, content systems, research processes, or reporting systems
You can explain what you built, why it mattered, and what improved
You are not learning AI from scratch in this role
You are already good and actively becoming great
You do not need to be the best salesperson, content strategist, podcast booker, LinkedIn expert, or Skool operator in the world.
But you must understand enough to lead the people doing the work.
You need real familiarity with at least 3 of these 6 areas:
Social media growth
LinkedIn growth
Podcast operations
Sales pipeline / CRM management
Online courses / Skool / community
Speaking or event outreach
You speak and write strong English
You can communicate clearly without needing everything polished by someone else
You are comfortable making short Loom/video updates
You are comfortable leading meetings
You can be direct without being an ahole.
You can disagree with Calvin or the team respectfully when needed
You can work full-time+ (this is going to be alot of damn work)
You can overlap with U.S. business hours for atleast 50% of the work day
You can be responsive to Calvin and the team during "off-hours" when needed.
You can start within 14 days of receiving an offer
You are comfortable with 2,000 USD/month base + up to 12,000/year in performance bonuses
You will submit the required video application
You will share your LinkedIn profile
You need to be strong, or becoming strong fast, in these categories:
AI and Automation: Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, AI workflows, AI SOPs, AI research, AI-assisted reporting, AI-driven content support
Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, basic dashboards, shared folders, team organization
Project and Accountability Systems: ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday, or similar
Sales and CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or similar pipeline systems
Social, Content and Community: LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Skool, Systeme.io, Metricool, Canva, Descript, Riverside, or similar tools
The exact tool matters less than this: Can you learn fast, build systems, automate the boring shit, and make the team better?
Benefits
This is a full-time remote contractor role.
$2,000 USD/month (this is non-negotiable to start, but if you crush these goals, you'll be rewarded).
Up to 12,000 USD remaining for 2026,** up to **24,000 for 2027.
Bonuses are tied to real outcomes, No fake bonus math. No participation trophies.
Hit the goals, earn the upside.
You will need to be available to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time, up to 4 times per year (once per quarter)
We work hard AF on these trips, but we go to some amazing places and find plenty of time to relax and have a good time.
After 90 days, if you are still in the seat and are a clear fit, you will be eligible for Health Insurance. *This is provided by our third party vendor and is dependent on where you are based and other eligibility requirements, but if we can offer it and it makes sense for you, we want to provide it.
