Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Remote Compensation: $1,700/month base + Sales Commission (OTE TBD) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM MT (some weekend and after-hours coverage may be required) Location: LATAM About Us Our client is a growing roofing and home services company specializing in roofing, gutters, insulation, gutter protection, and repairs. We are scaling our sales operations and looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to manage leads, re-engage dormant customers, and support our outside sales team to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service. Role Overview This hybrid Sales Development / Inside Sales role starts with re-engaging approximately 7,000 existing customers and transitions into full inside sales responsibilities, including lead qualification, appointment setting, pricing negotiation, and deal closure. You will work closely with our outside sales team to maintain continuity in the sales funnel, ensure smooth customer handoffs, and execute well-defined workflows using HubSpot CRM, JustCall VoIP, and AI tools. Key Responsibilities: Re-Engagement & Lead Management - Conduct outreach to dormant customers via phone, email, and SMS - Review customer history and service documentation (including Company Cam photos) - Identify upsell opportunities based on prior services and customer needs - Schedule consultations and book appointments using Arrivy scheduling system - Document all customer interactions, decision timelines, and follow-ups in HubSpot - Prioritize leads using CSM Audit dashboard for efficient pipeline management Inside Sales Operations - Handle inbound customer calls (~120/month) and new lead inquiries from ads, referrals, and other channels - Qualify leads, generate sales deals, and coordinate logistics for outside sales visits - Collaborate with field sales reps to gather insights, objections, and customer preferences - Adjust and present pricing quotes, answer questions, and negotiate within set guidelines - Provide after-hours phone coverage (5:00 PM – 7:30 PM PST) and occasional weekend support during peak seasons Team Collaboration & Reporting - Support a growing team of 4–6 outside sales reps with follow-ups, documentation, and administrative tasks - Report to leadership and execute established workflows rather than building processes from scratch - Utilize AI-generated call summaries to improve follow-ups and efficiency Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition - Experience in construction, home services, or roofing industries - Database management and lead re-engagement experience - Strong English communication skills (clear and professional over phone and written) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research skills - Technical literacy: HubSpot, VoIP systems, AI tools, and other SaaS platforms - Flexible and willing to occasionally work weekends or after-hours for peak lead coverage - Reliable home office setup with stable internet Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) - Familiarity with quoting tools and contract negotiation processes - AI literacy to leverage technology for efficient sales execution What We’re Looking For - Organized, proactive, and solution-focused - Customer-centric with consultative selling approach - Tech-savvy and comfortable using HubSpot, AI tools, and VoIP - Motivated by sales performance, commissions, and growth opportunities Why You’ll Succeed Here - Clear, structured sales processes and workflows in place you’ll focus on execution - Extensive training and video resources to accelerate ramp-up - Supportive team environment with direct access to leadership - Opportunity to work with a growing customer base in the home services and roofing industry - Lucrative commission structure for motivated, high-performing sales professionals
