In this role, you’ll design captivating visuals for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and more. *This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.* **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Design eye-catching graphics for websites, social media posts, digital ads, and other marketing materials * Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain cohesive branding and messaging * Translate creative concepts into polished visual deliverables aligned with campaign goals * Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency * Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices to keep visuals fresh and engaging **Who We’re Looking For:** * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role * Experience creating digital marketing and social media assets across different platforms * Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools) * Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout design * Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) * Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer **Technical Requirements:** * Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) * Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam * Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) * Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** 💰 Competitive Compensation We offer a **monthly salary starting at USD 1,000 - 1,300**, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
