Job Title: Full Stack Engineer - AI-Driven Development - Location: Remote (Preferred alignment with US Midwest/Mountain Time Zones) - Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday, - 40 hours a week - Compensation: $5,500 - 7000 USD per month (based on experience) ABOUT THE COMPANY We are a venture studio with a global distributed team spanning Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, Uruguay, and Nigeria. About the opportunity We are seeking a visionary Full Stack Engineer to join our team at the forefront of "Agentic-First" development. You will be responsible for building customer-facing applications, content generation systems, and sophisticated marketing automations that integrate deeply with AI. You will work across a portfolio of companies (including healthcare and blockchain-based equine data) to identify and execute automation opportunities This is not a traditional development role—we're looking for engineers who embrace AI-first development methodologies. We want an engineer who is excited to "unleash their creativity" by leveraging cutting-edge agentic tools like Claude Code, Replit, and Cursor to achieve 10x productivity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Agentic Systems: Configure and develop "skills" for foundation models (Claude, Gemini) to automate content generation, marketing flows, and business processes - Full Stack Engineering: Develop and scale applications within the JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem, primarily using React, with integrated AI agents and automation. - AI-Driven Content Systems: Create automated content generation systems for Substack, blogs, social media, and personalized email marketing. - Workflow Automation: Design and implement sophisticated automations using Make.com http://Make.com or n8n to bridge data between systems (e.g., updating records in EHR tools like Cerbo). - Infrastructure & Database Management: Manage PostgreSQL databases (Neon/AWS) and handle deployments within a Linux/Bash-heavy environment. - Voice & Interaction AI: Help implement and refine voice AI solutions for call overflows and appointment scheduling (e.g., GoHighLevel integrations). - Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage and deploy applications on AWS (EC2) with a focus on security and HIPAA compliance - Configure and implement AI skills across various foundation models (Claude, Gemini) - Collaborate with AI automation experts to design scalable, efficient solutions - Establish coding standards and best practices for AI-driven development Required Qualifications FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT - 4+ years of professional Full Stack experience (Must-Have) - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and React (Must-Have) - Expert use of GitHub for collaborative development (Must-Have) - Experience with Next.js and Vue (Nice-to-Have) - Knowledge of Flutter or Ruby on Rails (as applied to JS/React) (Nice-to-Have) BACKEND, DATABASE & DEVOPS - Postgres experience (Neon or Amazon DB2 architectures) (Must-Have) - Understanding of Linux/Bash and AWS/EC2 infrastructure (Must-Have) - Familiarity with OpenAPI and custom integrations (Must-Have) AI & AUTOMATION (AGENTIC STACK) - Experience with agentic tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork (Must-Have) - High proficiency in Replit and/or Cursor (Must-Have) - Ability to audit AI-generated code for quality and security (Must-Have) - Experience with N8N, Zapier, or similar automation platforms (Must-Have) - Experience with Python (for building specialized mini-tools) (Nice-to-Have) - Familiarity with Make or Go High Level (Nice-to-Have) MINDSET & INDUSTRY CONTEXT - Agentic Mindset: Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving (Must-Have) - Attention to detail and ability to work independently (Remote) (Must-Have) - Background in startup or venture-backed environments (Nice-to-Have) - Experience in SaaS, or data-driven apps (Nice-to-Have) - Understanding of Blockchain or Equine/Agri-tech (Nice-to-Have) What We're NOT Looking For - Engineers who view AI tools as a threat or are reluctant to adopt agentic coding - Developers focused on traditional, dogmatic development practices - Those seeking a traditional 9-5 hustle culture environment #LI-NC1
