**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across business and personal commitments
* Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups on behalf of the executive
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, bookings, and last-minute changes
* Support personal administrative tasks such as reservations, appointments, and day-to-day logistics coordination
* Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure commitments are completed on time
* Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and assist with special projects as assigned
* Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing communications and protecting executive time and focus
* Provide responsive support outside standard business hours when urgent matters arise
* Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personal information
**Who We’re Looking For:**
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role
* Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or business owners preferred
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and communication platforms such as Slack/WhatsApp/Teams or similar
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate needs with minimal supervision
* Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
* Willing and able to provide flexibility for occasional overtime, weekend work, or extended hours when required
* Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
**Technical Requirements:**
* Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
* Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
* Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
* Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
