We are seeking an entry-level Data & Reporting QA Analyst to support Revenue Operations team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Salesforce-driven Tableau reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining trust in sales performance, pipeline, and revenue insights used by Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership. The QA Analyst will validate that Tableau dashboards correctly represent Salesforce sales activities, pipeline movements, and revenue signals. This includes identifying reporting issues as well as underlying Salesforce data quality problems that can impact forecasting, attainment analysis, and go-to-market decision-making. What you will be doing: * Perform quality assurance on Tableau dashboards and reports used for Sales Ops and RevOps decision-making * Validate that Tableau outputs accurately reflect Salesforce pipeline, opportunity, account, and activity data * Document QA findings, validation logic, and recurring data issues to improve reporting standards and processes * Ensure reports align with defined sales processes, GTM rules, and RevOps metrics (e.g., pipeline stages, bookings, attribution) * Identify discrepancies between Salesforce records and Tableau reporting, and determine root cause (report logic vs. CRM data quality) * Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Analytics, and BI teams to resolve reporting and data issues * Perform data reconciliation using Salesforce exports, Tableau data sources, and Excel * Break down complex sales reporting issues into smaller, testable components to isolate errors * Support the ongoing accuracy of pipeline reviews, forecasting, attainment tracking, and performance dashboards What you bring: * Comfort working with Tableau, particularly reading, validating, and interpreting dashboards and metrics * Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM), including core sales objects such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Activities * Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, filtering, pivoting, and working with large datasets * Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, especially in understanding how sales processes translate into data * Ability to work with large and complex datasets and identify inconsistencies or anomalies * Foundational understanding of SaaS sales models, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals, upsell, and churn Perks and Benefits: * ¨Contrato a termino Indefinido¨ with all the legal benefits * Prepaid Medicine * Life insurance and funeral assistance * Internet allowance * Home office stipend * Competitive compensation — above the market average * 100% remote work environment and an excellent work-life balance * Opportunity to work for a growing global SaaS leader company * A culture that promotes independence, innovation, trust, and accountability * Open space to be creative, innovative and strategize for the future * Mentorship by highly experienced professional * Budget for training, we want you to grow * 5 Personal Time Off days per year * Sick Leave Top up to total 100% of salary paid by the employer from Day 3 to 90. * Recognition Award, additional paid time off in recognition of the corresponding year of service * Upgrade vacation starting at 5 years of service
