### About the Company
**Superior Fence & Rail** is one of the leading fencing, gate, and railing franchise brands in the United States, serving both residential and commercial markets nationwide.
The commercial division focuses on securing and executing large-scale projects with general contractors, developers, and municipalities. Growth depends on proactively sourcing opportunities, estimating accurately, and building long-term contractor relationships.
### About the Role

You will identify opportunities, perform takeoffs, follow up on bids, and build relationships with contractors and developers.
This is **not a passive inbound estimator role**. We are looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting, estimating, and consistently following up to convert opportunities into awarded projects.
You are the **front end of commercial growth**.
