CCNA Services Consulting Engineer

Services Consulting Engineer Customer facing solution validation service engineer, providing support to customer on validating their solution, role will include below responsibilities: - Engage with customers and other Cisco stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements. - Support Webscaler/Enterprise customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions. - Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements. - Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results. - Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them. - Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams to meet customer needs - Innovate to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts. - Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project delivery. Minimum Requirements and Desired Skills: · Typically requires BS plus 4-5+ years related experience, or a MS with 2-3 years of related experience. Candidates must have deep technical expertise with: · 802.11 Wireless technologies · Core routing and switching · Cisco Catalyst product line Candidates · Must also have strong customer interaction and consulting skills. · They must be able to articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand language. · Candidates must be proficient in customer facing discussions as well as the technologies listed above. Minimum Qualifications · CCNA Wireless, CCNP preferred · Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless portfolio (WLCs, APs, Catalyst) · Routing and Switching experience, R&S and/or DC CCNA Required, CCNP Preferred · Strong knowledge of Catalyst platform.
