### About the Role
Pavago is hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live selling business. The company operates across multiple online platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot, and is focused on building a strong Live Seller Community alongside its product distribution business.
We are looking for a highly organized **Business Assistant** who can support day-to-day operations, manage content and livestream schedules, assist with customer communication, and help build systems that improve business efficiency.
This is an execution-focused role where the right candidate will help keep multiple moving parts organized while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
### Key Responsibilities
### Livestream Operations
* Schedule and coordinate weekly livestreams on platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot
* Manage livestream scheduling and team payroll using Homebase
* Support operational logistics for live selling sessions
### Content & Community Management
* Maintain a structured content calendar across X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Support the growth of the owner’s personal brand and the Live Seller Community
* Help manage and engage members of the Live Selling Academy
### Customer Communication
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email across platforms including TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi
* Ensure fast, professional responses and strong customer experience
* Monitor and resolve common support questions
### Operational Support
* Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding returns and operational updates
* Track inventory issues and support product operations on Amazon
* Maintain internal records using company software
* Schedule podcast interviews and manage operational follow-ups
### Marketing Support
* Research potential customers and community members on Facebook and other relevant platforms
* Assist in developing organic outreach strategies to attract new community members and buyers
* Support the creation and improvement of marketing funnels that move prospects from discovery to conversion
* Identify opportunities to capture leads and improve conversion through better messaging or workflows
* Monitor funnel performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and retention
* Research tools or automation systems that can improve marketing and outreach processes
### Process Improvement
* Document and create SOPs for recurring operational workflows
* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
* Support system improvements that help scale the business
### Must-Have Requirements
* Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
* General understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels and how prospects move from awareness to conversion
* Ability to support outreach systems and contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition
* Ability to manage multiple tasks across operations, marketing, and support
### Nice to Have
* Experience supporting e-commerce businesses or online sellers
* Familiarity with livestream commerce platforms such as TikTok Live or Whatnot
* Experience with Kajabi or similar community platforms
* Experience supporting online communities or memberships
* Experience creating SOPs or improving internal processes
### What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, the Business Assistant will:
* Successfully manage livestream scheduling and operational coordination
* Maintain consistent content calendars and posting workflows
* Deliver timely customer support across all platforms
* Document and improve operational processes through SOP creation
* Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve systems
