The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing daily front office operations for a busy chiropractic and acupuncture practice. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and prior chiropractic office experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-center–style environment.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage high-volume inbound, outbound, and after-hours phone calls (50–150 calls per day).
* Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments.
* Provide professional and courteous patient communication.
* Maintain organized email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
* Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations.
* Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient office workflow.
* Minimum of **2 years of experience in a U.S.-based chiropractic healthcare practice** is required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **both English and Spanish**.
* Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook**.
* Proven experience managing **high-volume inbound and outbound calls** in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
