Associate Solutions Architect

About the Role TestBox is hiring an Associate Solutions Architect to design and deliver high-impact demo and proof-of-concept environments that drive customer sales success. You’ll lead technical delivery, act as a consultant to shape compelling demo stories, and use AI tools daily to boost efficiency. This role requires autonomy, agility, and comfort working across product, engineering, and sales. Success in the first 3–6 months means: - Leading customer demo/POC implementations from kickoff to delivery - Creating compelling demo narratives aligned to real buyer personas - Using AI tools to automate workflows and generate realistic demo data - Delivering clear documentation and technical tickets for repeatability Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments - Configure CRMs, support, or communications tools with custom fields and workflows - Simulate user behavior with automation, triggers, and AI-powered interactions - Advise customers on demo structure, pacing, and storytelling best practices - Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and manage delivery timelines - Write technical tickets and maintain documentation for repeatable processes - Continuously explore AI-driven improvements to workflow and productivity Requirements - 3–5 years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or related roles - Strong experience with technical documentation and ticket writing - Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, CSV/JSON data handling - Experience working in agile environments (standups, retros, grooming) - Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) for efficiency - Advanced English (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication - Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Niterói, aligned with U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications - Experience with synthetic data or interactive demo storytelling - AI-focused certifications, courses, or projects - Startup experience where speed and adaptability are key Compensation & Logistics - $36,000 USD/year base salary - Generous equity package - Unlimited PTO (with minimum recharge expectation) - Mental health, fitness, and learning allowances - Remote and office setup allowances - Full-time, remote role from LATAM Company Overview TestBox is building the next-generation infrastructure for software buying and selling.
