As the Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring digital advertising campaigns deliver strong performance and high client satisfaction. You will work closely with media buyers and creative teams to monitor campaign data, guide strategy, and ensure smooth project execution. This role combines client management, data analysis, and project coordination in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
* Manage ongoing communication and maintain strong client relationships.
* Review campaign performance across Google and Meta advertising platforms.
* Identify performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.
* Track campaign progress and manage workflows using tools such as Asana.
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues.
* Manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
* C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience managing client accounts in a marketing or agency environment.
* Experience working directly with clients and managing ongoing relationships.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
* Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
* Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
* Strong communication and problem solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
* Agency experience working with advertising or marketing teams.
* Salary: $3000-$4500 USD/month.
* Full-time contractor engagement.
* 9am - 5pm Argentina’s time zone.
* PTO + holidays.
* Open to Hybrid model in Buenos Aires Office though would be remote to start.
