As an Account Executive, you will help drive revenue growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals. In this role, you won’t just sell a product, you’ll build trusted relationships with small business owners.
### Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound leads and moving opportunities through the full sales pipeline.
* Contacting new leads quickly and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and operational challenges.
* Delivering product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
* Qualifying prospects to determine whether they are a strong fit for the solution.
* Closing deals and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.
* Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking in the CRM.
* Collaborating with leadership and team members to improve the sales process and support company growth.
* C1 English or equivalent.
* 2+ years of experience in a closing role in sales, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals independently.
* Experience selling contracts with AOV between $2,000–$30,000.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
* Ability to conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
* Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities.
* A self-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline and motivation to close deals.
* Bonus if you have experience selling into field service, home services, or similar industries.
* Location: Remote
* Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD monthly base + commission.
* PTO: 10 days paid vacation + local holidays + 2 sick days
* Hours: Full-time, strong overlap with Eastern Standard Time
