We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and qualified opportunities for a fast-growing B2B company.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you will:
Own inbound + outbound lead qualification
Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns

2+ years experience in:

Proven track record of:

Sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong discovery and qualification skills
Ability to work U.S. business hours (remote)
Experience in:
B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services

Experience running structured outbound campaigns
10–15 discovery calls per week
8–12 qualified opportunities per month
Lead → opportunity conversion rates
